CREAD Real Estate Advisors was founded by Julian Nabaa, Principal and Qualifying Broker, whose experience combines commercial real estate brokerage, business ownership, restaurant operations, and community leadership.
As both a commercial real estate professional and longtime restaurant owner, Julian brings a practical understanding of the decisions business owners and property investors face every day. His experience provides clients with a perspective that goes beyond the transaction—from evaluating location and lease economics to understanding construction requirements, operating costs, tenant needs, and the long-term financial impact of a real estate decision.
This hands-on experience is especially valuable in retail, restaurant, land, office, and development-oriented assignments where the success of a deal often depends on understanding both the property and the business that will occupy it.
